Front Office Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional check-in and check-out experience.
• Handle hotel reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries.
• Manage bookings received through Booking.com, Agoda, and other online travel agencies (OTAs).
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback politely.
• Prepare guest bills, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure all guest information and booking details are updated in the hotel system.
• Maintain professional grooming and a clean, organized reception area.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Previous hotel front office experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS software.
• Knowledge of online booking platforms is an advantage.
• Friendly attitude, professional behavior, and a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
