· A well-educated and experienced male or female candidates, with hospitality industry background preferred.
· Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language (must be fluent in English/Arabic) used in the workplace.
· Must be able convert/close the business inquiries.
· Must possess good guest interaction skills, sound decision making power, good interpersonal and communication skills, etc.
· Overseeing VIP guests, arrivalsand departures.
· Welcome guests during check-inand giving a fond farewell to guest while checkout.
· Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
· Able to check reservationsand complete their pre-registration formalities.
