Job Description

Front Office Executive – Wandr Hotels

Experience : 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive stay experience.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, and billing accurately.
Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Manage room allocation, room changes, early check-ins, and late check-outs.
Handle bookings through Wandr's website, OTAs, and other channels.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate guest, booking, and front-office records.
Identify opportunities for room upgrades, additional nights, and other upselling.
Collect guest feedback and address concerns promptly.
Conduct proper shift handovers and escalate operational issues when required.

CTC offered: 25,000 - 27,000 ( per month) - Based on interview performance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
