Our dedication to our students continues until they reach their desired country. Role Description: This is a full-time Front Office Executive/Tele-Caller role located in Hyderabad. The Front Office Executive/Tele-Caller will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, communicating with students and clients, providing excellent customer service, and managing front office operations on-site. Qualifications: Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Receptionist Duties and Front Office experience Customer Service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and telephone etiquette Ability to work effectively in a team Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, Freshers also welcome.12th or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
