Job Summary

The Front Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom. This role is responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and guide them to the appropriate department (Sales, Service, Spare Parts).
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and maintain call logs.
  • Maintain the reception area – ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist customers with vehicle service booking and follow-up calls, if required.
  • Coordinate with the sales/service team to manage customer appointments and schedules.
  • Maintain visitor records and handle basic administrative tasks.
  • Collect and record customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support customer relationship activities, including hospitality (tea/coffee arrangements).
  • Provide basic product and service information to customers when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
