Front Office Executive (Receptionist) MARRIED Female ONLY

We are 20 yr old group of company working in more than top 18 industries on Pan India basis, we are working in FMCG, Retail, Banking & Microfinance Finance, Real estate, Insurance, Pharma, Agriculture etc. with the fore of 2700 employees in ore than 850 branches over India.

Only the applicants residing in Alambagh and its nearby areas of Lucknow will be given priority in selection. केवल आलमबाग, लखनऊ व उसके निकटतम क्षेत्र में रहने वालीं आवेदिकाओं को चयन में प्राथमिकता दी जायगी।

• Working hours:- 10:00 am to 6:30 pm (should able to work in between)
• Work Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow Head Office.

Min eligibility criteria of applicants:-

• FRESHER havingmin Bachelor degree.
• Fluent in speaking English.
• Proficiency in MS Office in Excel and internet.

Job responsibilities:-

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and assist direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette's and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to concern department or person.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone calls and emails.

Remuneration & Perks:- Rs. 12,000-18,000/- pm + others (negotiable)
