Job Summary:

The Front Office Executive will be responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, attending guest queries and calls, and ensuring smooth front desk operations while maintaining Villa Raag’s hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.

Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.

Manage room reservations, guest records, and billing.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.

Respond promptly to guest queries, requests, and complaints.

Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments.

Monitor lobby area and ensure it remains clean and guest-ready.

Assist in upselling villa services or special offers to guests.

Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.

Prepare daily reports for management review.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality front office operations (villa, resort, or hotel).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and hotel reservation software (if any).

Pleasant personality with grooming standards suitable for guest-facing roles.

Ability to multitask and handle guest issues with patience and professionalism.

Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per operation needs.

Qualification:

Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent field preferred.

Compensation:

As per industry standards and experience.

9 hours shift

Salary will be 15-18k
