Positions Available:

Front Office Executive / Front Office Manager
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with passion & skills may also apply)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations efficiently with a professional and friendly approach.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries promptly.
• Maintain records of visitors, appointments, and office supplies.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth daily operations.
• Oversee housekeeping and office maintenance activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality standards.
• Supervise front office staff (for Manager role).

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality / Administration preferred).
• Minimum [X years] of experience as Front Office Executive/Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Pleasing personality and customer-oriented approach.
