Job Description:

  • Oversee daily office operations: phone/email handling, visitor coordination, and office supplies management.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office equipment, services, and maintenance.
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reimbursements.
  • Manage billing and follow up on outstanding dues, ensuring timely collections.
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and credit card statements.
