Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Devikulam. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, answering phones with proper etiquette, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include managing guest communications and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Check-in procedures
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
