Job Description

Welcome and assist walk-in clients, site visitors and channel partners at the sales office and project site

Offer refreshments and a professional first impression, and provide project information

Coordinate site visits and villa walkthroughs with the sales team

Handle inbound calls and enquiries courteously and route them to the right team

Update lead status, follow-ups and remarks daily

Follow up with prospects by call, WhatsApp and email, and schedule site visits

Keep client data accurate, complete and confidential

Coordinate with the Sales Manager and the legal and accounts teams on customer matters

Share project updates and milestones with customers
Record customer queries and complaints, and track them to resolution

Follow company processes, SOPs and standards of professional conduct

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
