Job Description

A Front Office Assistant (also known as a reception or front desk associate) serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers while providing essential administrative and clerical support to keep the office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Visitor & Guest Relations: • Welcome clients, guests, and vendors with a professional and friendly demeanor. • Issue visitor badges, manage sign-in logs, and notify internal staff of guest arrivals. • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized reception and waiting area. • Communications & Call Handling: • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual. • Take accurate messages and respond to general email or phone inquiries.
