Front office and Admin Executive

InFORM Architects is looking for a Front Office cum Admin Executive to work full-time (Mon - Fri 9am – 6:30pm, Sat 8:30am - 1:30pm) at our office at 9th Main, Banashankari 2nd stage.

Candidate Profile:

* should be over 25 years of age with 5+ years of experience
* must be a Graduate preferably female* have good communication skills: oral (English & Kannada) and written (English)* have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)* dynamic, committed and willing to grow with the organization* capable of handling a position of authority and responsibility with respect to human resources and administration – maintaining records, data, confidentiality etc.* must be able to give long term commitment of minimum 3 years

Job responsibilities:

* answering phone calls and transferring calls
* attending to visitors* sending out communication (couriers, emails, hand deliveries)* procurement - equipment, consumables, prints, etc.* making travel arrangements – by road/air/rail including online ticket booking and cancellation, hotel accommodation and local transport arrangements* sorting out HR applications, maintaining database, posting ads on job portals, arranging interviews* access Internet for information and online orders* answering product & vendor queries* managing housekeeping and other support staff etc.* general office maintenance* making arrangements for meetings & parties* assisting Accounts and other non-technical staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
