Front End Web/UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Developer at SOTI, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with stakeholders and design teams to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences using Figma. Your role will involve transforming UI/UX design prototypes and mockups into responsive, interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will be responsible for implementing responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript, translating designs into functional front-end code. One of your key responsibilities will be to perform thorough testing and debugging of code to ensure optimal functionality and performance across different browsers and devices. You will also play a crucial role in optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles. Utilizing version control systems such as Git and GitHub, you will manage the codebase, track changes, and collaborate effectively with team members. In addition, you will participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain design consistency across projects. Your strong analytical ability will be essential in evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. You will instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels to enhance the overall user experience. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). You should also bring experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and front-end development skills. Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (including Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript is required, along with the ability to write clean, maintainable code. Moreover, familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks, version control systems like Git and GitHub, and troubleshooting front-end issues will be beneficial. Experience in the technical implementation and maintenance of Google Analytics, Google Ads, major social media platforms, and content management systems is preferred. A basic understanding of SEO principles and practices, as well as UI/UX testing methodologies and tools, will also be advantageous.
