Accountabilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality user interface features using modern frontend technologies, with a strong focus on performance, usability, and scalability
- Develop well-tested frontend code, including unit tests and end-to-end tests, to ensure reliability and long-term maintainability
- Collaborate closely with team leads and cross-functional partners to deliver new features, improvements, and bug fixes in an agile environment
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to frontend technical decisions across the codebase
- Work proactively with other engineering teams to identify dependencies, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth feature delivery
- Communicate clearly about technical trade-offs, implementation details, and progress throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining frontend applications using React, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript in a React-based codebase, including strong typing and maintainable component design
- Solid knowledge of frontend testing practices and tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks
- Strong understanding of React hooks, asynchronous data flows, and complex state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Jotai
- Experience documenting and developing reusable UI components, ideally using tools like Storybook
- Familiarity with metrics, telemetry, and observability concepts to support product insights and performance monitoring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong collaboration skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, product-driven teams
