Front End Developer

As a Senior Frontend Developer at our growing healthcare technology company, you will be a key player in driving the consolidation of our legacy web applications and supporting our React Native mobile initiatives. Your role will involve leading frontend development efforts, collaborating on codebase consolidation, establishing reusable component libraries, and ensuring the implementation of high-quality features. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decisions regarding architecture and development practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead frontend development efforts across multiple React and React Native applications - Collaborate on consolidating legacy web applications into a modern, maintainable codebase - Establish reusable component libraries and consistent patterns across applications - Design and implement robust, type-safe, and testable frontend code - Work closely with the Co-founder and product team to ensure high-quality feature implementation - Mentor junior developers and contribute to raising the overall quality of the frontend codebase - Contribute to technical decisions regarding architecture, tooling, and development practices **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of professional experience with React - Strong TypeScript skills and understanding of static typing benefits - Experience with React Native and cross-platform component sharing - Proven track record of building maintainable, scalable frontend architectures - Experience with modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, etc.) and state management solutions - Knowledge of CSS-in-JS libraries and component styling approaches - Understanding of automated testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) - Experience working with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly **Additional Details:** Our company is committed to creating an inclusive environment and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
