As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of talented UI developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
Requirements:
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and build tools (e.g., Webpack).
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
