Front-End Architect / UI Architect

The Front-End Architect / UI Architect role involves leading the architectural design and development of scalable, high-performance front-end systems for enterprise-grade applications. You will collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, maintainable, and future-ready user experiences. As a key member of the technology team, defining and enforcing best practices in UI development and ensuring seamless integration across diverse platforms are essential. Responsibilities include defining the architectural vision and strategy for front-end applications, leading hands-on development using ReactJS, collaborating with UX/UI designers to transform designs into front-end implementations, developing and maintaining design systems and reusable components, ensuring seamless integration with backend services, driving DevOps best practices, providing technical leadership and mentorship, and staying current with emerging trends in front-end development. Required skills and qualifications include strong proficiency in ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks, hands-on experience with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design, proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping, solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards, knowledge of front-end build tools and RESTful APIs, experience with version control and Agile methodologies, demonstrated background in front-end DevOps, and the ability to lead architecture discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Preferred experience includes working on SaaS-based platforms, exposure to micro front-end architectures, and a background in mentoring front-end engineering teams or contributing to enterprise design systems.,
