Front Desk Support

As the Receptionist at Velozity Global Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your responsibilities will include reception and guest management, communication handling, scheduling and coordination, as well as providing administrative support. In terms of reception and guest management, you will be responsible for greeting visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner. This includes handling guest check-ins, appointments, and directing them to the appropriate departments. Additionally, you will manage visitor logs, issue access badges, and enforce security protocols to ensure a safe environment. For communication handling, you will be expected to answer and route incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously. You will also respond to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, as well as relay accurate messages to relevant departments or personnel. In terms of scheduling and coordination, you will manage meeting room bookings, prepare rooms as needed, schedule appointments, and maintain the front desk calendar. You will also assist with travel arrangements, courier coordination, and deliveries to ensure smooth operations. As part of providing administrative support, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area. You will handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as maintain office supplies inventory for the reception area. Additionally, you will support HR and admin teams with basic documentation, filing, or onboarding processes.
