Front Desk / Reservation Supervisor

As a Front Desk/Reservation Supervisor at Millennials Restobar in Kochi, you will play a crucial role in representing our vibrant venue and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise front desk staff and manage shift operations effectively - Handle reservations through calls, DMs, and online platforms, maintaining accurate booking records - Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression - Address customer queries promptly and deliver top-notch service - Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and floor teams to ensure seamless guest experiences - Train and motivate team members to uphold high service standards Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years experience in front desk/reservation roles, preferably in hospitality or F&B - Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam - Leadership experience or potential to lead a team effectively - Proficiency in reservation systems and POS software - Customer-focused, able to stay calm under pressure, and detail-oriented In addition to a competitive salary and performance incentives, we offer a fun, youthful, and energetic work environment with opportunities for growth within the brand.
