NS Tax Consultancy is a professional tax and financial services firm providing GST, Income Tax, Accounting, and related consultancy services. We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic **Front Desk Receptionist** to join our Rajahmundry branch.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Welcome and assist clients visiting the office with courtesy.

* Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.

* Maintain client records and manage appointment schedules.

* Assist in basic office administration and documentation.

* Provide support to the tax and accounts team for routine tasks.

* Guide clients with basic information related to tax and services.

* Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* Graduate / Intermediate with good communication skills.

* **Basic computer knowledge** (MS Office, Email, Internet usage).

* Ability to handle front desk operations confidently.

* **Basic understanding of taxation / financial services** preferred (training will be provided).

* Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.

* Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
