We are 18 yr old group of company working in more than top 20 industries on Pan India basis, we are working in Banking & Microfinance Finance, FMCG, Insurance, Pharma, Retail, Real estate, Agriculture etc. with the fore of 2900 employees in ore than 750 branches over India.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Require Male candidate only.

Work Experience & Educational Qualification:-

• 6 months or more experience of Front Office in Real Estate or Hotel Industry. OR Fresher graduate in any stream with Excellent Communication Skills & Presence of Mind.
• Bachelor's degree.

Key Skills : MS Office, MS Excel, Pleasant Personality & Voice.

Job Profile:-

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
• Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette's and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.

Salary:- Rs.12,000-Rs.18,000/- per month + others.
