Front Desk Receptionist

As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the entire front office management, which includes receiving new patients and OP and diverting them to the concerned doctors. You will need to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and follow up with OP patients as per the schedule. Additionally, your role will involve reading and validating prescriptions (Rx) and OTC orders, ensuring strong quality checks while packing and dispensing medicines.
