Job Summary:
We're seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Executive to join our team at Dadu Medical Center in Rajouri Garden, Delhi. As the first point of contact for patients, you'll provide excellent customer service, manage appointments, and perform administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Front desk management experience preferred
- Ability to handle patient inquiries and appointments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of medical records and databases
- Ability to collaborate with medical staff and other departments
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors
- Handle phone calls and respond to queries
- Manage appointments and schedules

- Provide administrative support to the tea
