Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end domestic and international flight bookings and travel arrangements.
  • Manage

    US Visa processing

    , including documentation, application filing, appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Handle visa requirements and documentation for LATAM (Latin American) countries.
  • Arrange hotel bookings, airport transfers, travel insurance and complete tour logistics.
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, airlines, travel agencies and visa consultants.
  • Maintain passport records, visa validity, travel history and travel documentation.
  • Manage ticket cancellations, rescheduling, refunds and travel-related emergencies.
  • Handle front desk operations, visitor management and administrative coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 35 years of relevant experience in international travel and visa management.

  • Strong hands-on experience in US Visa processing and management is mandatory.

  • Good knowledge of LATAM countries and their visa requirements.

  • Rich experience visa/travel management processes is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience in international flight bookings and end-to-end travel arrangements.
  • Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online travel booking portals.
