Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Manage visitor records and appointments.
Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings.
Handle courier, mail, and office correspondence.
Provide administrative and front office support.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional environment.

Requirements:

4–5 years of experience in front desk or reception roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable, organized, and customer-friendly personality.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
Candidate staying between Dadar to Borivali preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
