Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Job description:

The Front Desk Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operations by greeting patients, managing appointments, handling patient registrations, processing payments, and maintaining a welcoming environment. They act as the vital link between patients & doctors.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Registration & Check-in: Greet patients, register new patients, check in/out, and verify personal information.
Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments, including in-clinic and virtual consultations.
Telephone & Inquiries: Answer multi-line phone systems, handle emails, and address patient inquiries efficiently.
Billing & Cash Management: Process payments, manage billing software, and handle payments.
Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) and update patient information.
Clinic Maintenance: Ensure the reception area, waiting lounge, and patient areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Coordination: Coordinate with doctors & staff to manage patient flow & reduce wait times.
Patient Feedback: Handle feedback and complaints professionally and escalate to the clinic manager when necessary.

Required Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as front-desk executive, receptionist or similar roles in administration.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written) is required
