Front Desk Executive - Female

As a Front Office Executive at Swagat Group, you will play a crucial role in managing the reception area and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling incoming and outgoing calls using the EPABX system. - Greeting visitors, guests, clients, and candidates and informing relevant personnel of their arrival. - Managing inward and outward mails and couriers efficiently. - Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, making a lasting first impression. - Demonstrating good communication skills and proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office. - Assisting the Admin team with various tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduation in any field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
