Customer service skills: Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver excellent service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Professional appearance and demeanor: Present a courteous and professional attitude.

Preferred Candidate

Strong communication & copywriting skills: Craft compelling marketing messages and brand narratives.
MS Office proficiency: Strong command over Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for documentation and reporting.
Relevant experience in the Real Estate industry.
Experience overseeing front desk operations and assisting customers.
Ability to monitor and resolve customer queries.
