Front Desk/ Caller

Key Responsibilities

1. Calling & Communication

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Provide information, resolve queries, and assist customers with required details.
• Make follow-up calls for leads, appointments, and ongoing services.
• Maintain polite, clear, and service-oriented communication at all times.

2. WhatsApp Handling

• Manage daily incoming WhatsApp messages from clients.
• Respond promptly with correct information, templates, and updates.
• Maintain WhatsApp business labels for proper lead tracking.
• Share required documents, price lists, photos, and other requested details.

3. Data Entry

• Enter customer details, inquiries, and call summaries into the system.
• Maintain neat, accurate, and updated records.
• Ensure all communication and follow-ups are logged properly.

4. CRM Management

• Update and maintain leads on the CRM.
• Track lead stages (new, follow-up, closed, not interested, etc.).
• Schedule reminders and follow-up calls using CRM tools.
• Generate basic reports as required by the management.

5. Front Desk Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist walk-in clients.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and order.
• Coordinate with internal teams for appointments and updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
