Kindly share your resume on sv17@svmanagement.com Details of the Job : Design, development and release of all Interior & Exterior Trim components like Pillar Trims, Front Bumpers, Exterior Claddings, Door Trims, IP etc. Study various feedbacks received from Vehicle build, Testing, manufacturing requirements and provide design solutions Able to study the surrounding interface parts, understand the impact due to the design changes & modify the designs Generating technical documents like SORs, DFMEAs, DVP&Rs Maintain E-BOMs and manage data releases Work experience in domain of passenger cars interior trims design & development like Instrument Panel Assembly, Door Trim, Front/Rear Bumpers, Pillar Trim etc. Good understanding of Plastic parts fixing methods, various fasteners & plastic part design requirements Good understanding of GD&T, tolerance calculations, part locating strategy etc. Good understanding of standard methodologies followed to meet Regulatory, Safety & Quality requirements. Expertise in CATIA-V5 with hands on for complex surfacing & Solid modelling
