We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Robotic Coordinator to spearhead and assist in our STEM education endeavors. The perfect candidate should possess extensive technical expertise in microcontrollers like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and associated hardware platforms. They should also have the capability to create, construct, and impart robotics principles to students of varying age groups. This position encompasses technical guidance, project management, and classroom interaction. As a Robotic Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include providing Technical Instruction & Content Delivery by teaching students about robotics, IoT, and embedded systems utilizing platforms such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and fundamental sensors/modules. You will be expected to devise captivating lesson schemes, project concepts, and activity modules customized for learners at the school/college level. Additionally, you will need to organize hands-on workshops, training sessions, and STEM bootcamps. You will also be responsible for Project Coordination, which involves supervising students throughout robotics/STEM projects from conception and circuit design to programming and evaluation. Collaboration with faculty members, educational institutions, and project groups to arrange sessions, distribute resources, and monitor advancement will be essential. Managing the inventory of lab hardware, resolving device issues, and ensuring the functionality of all kits and tools will also fall under your purview. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in Curriculum & Innovation by aiding in the creation or enhancement of STEM-centered robotics curriculum and kits for various student levels. Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and integrating new components or trends into teaching, such as IoT, automation, and AI in robotics, will be vital. Your duties will extend to Teamwork & Mentorship by guiding interns, junior trainers, or student aides during camps or competitions. Supporting students engaged in robotic competitions, scientific exhibitions, or hackathons will also be part of your responsibilities. Proficiency in Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and similar platforms is highly beneficial. Qualifications required for this role include a solid understanding of programming languages (C/C++, Python) and experience in working with sensors, actuators, and basic electronics. A minimum of 12 years of involvement in teaching, mentoring, or conducting robotics/STEM workshops is also necessary. Desirable skills for this position include familiarity with Tinkercad, Proteus, Fritzing, or other simulation tools, as well as exposure to STEM education frameworks or curriculum development. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires work during the day shift from Monday to Friday, with an in-person work location.,
