JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Assistant Manager-Product Sales Reporting to: Manager- BD Location: Bangalore Qualification: BE-Civil/ Mechanical & MBA Experience: Min. 04 to 8 years of experience Role & Responsibilities: To ensure sales target PAN India and in India Sub-continent and its achievement in co-ordination with Manager -BD To ensure dispersion of sales towards the market of Freyssinet Products . Freyssinet product includes: Stress Bar Hanger Bar Expansion joints Bearings Seismic arrester Post Tensioning products such as anchorages, ducts .etc Foreva products and general products and Freyssinet special products. Preparing presentations for the clients/consultants, receiving source approval/Pre-Qualification for Major orders. Undertaking techno-commercial discussion & finalizing order of products, coordinating with other departments for timely deliveries & payment collections etc. Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports Estimation of each project cost, calculation of the gross/ net margin of each project as per the design and other contractual risks involved. Understand the Indian contract laws with the help of in-depth study including FIDIC Selection of sub-contractor through an unbiased system, preferably through tender Developing Client Rating Matrix Preparation of budget, forecast, rolling plans, strategy for sales & marketing, analysis of reports, Business Activity MIS, presentation of implementation programs, other relevant sales reports. Overall responsibility of business development for products. Knowledge & Skills:Computer Knowledge: - MS-Office. MS project and A-cad Skills: - A well organized, able to manage multiple deadlines and confident with daily decision making. - Conducts effective progress evaluations in a timely manner - A well-developed sense of judgment and an ability to work well with others under time-sensitive conditions where innovative and imaginative planning/problem solving skills are necessary - Good Negotiation skills with Suppliers and manufacturers - Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Ref.
