As an experienced and highly motivated FreshService Admin/Developer, you will play a critical role in driving the evolution of the FreshService environment. Your responsibilities will include leading the change management process, developing custom solutions, overseeing testing and deployment activities, and ensuring the security, stability, and performance of the service desk platform. In terms of change management, you will lead and manage the entire process for FreshService modifications and enhancements. This involves evaluating requests, assessing impacts, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear change control procedures. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize changes is also a key aspect of this role. For development and customization within FreshService, you will be required to develop and implement custom solutions using scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python. Additionally, integrating FreshService with other business applications, creating custom fields, workflows, and automations are part of your responsibilities. In the realm of testing and deployment, you will plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies for all FreshService changes, oversee deployments to the production environment, and monitor system performance post-deployment to address any issues promptly. System optimization involves continuously analyzing system performance, identifying areas for improvement, proactively addressing security risks and vulnerabilities, and staying updated on the latest FreshService features and best practices. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all FreshService processes and procedures, as well as providing training and support to end-users on FreshService features and functionalities. To excel in this role, you are expected to have at least 5+ years of experience as a FreshService Administrator or in a similar role, strong expertise in scripting languages and APIs, proven ability to develop and implement custom solutions within FreshService, excellent understanding of data security principles, experience in managing access requests and provisioning workflows, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred skills and qualifications include experience with DevOps practices and tools, data analysis and reporting, knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS and Azure, as well as relevant industry certifications such as ITIL and Freshworks Certifications.,
