Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Bengaluru. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role involves overseeing accounts, financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for developing strategies for financial growth and risk management, as well as providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Qualifications Strong skills in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting Experience with Financial Reporting and Analysis Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Regulations Proficiency in Risk Management and Developing Financial Strategies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in financial software and tools Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Experience in the food and beverage industry is beneficial
