Freshers - Travel And Tourism Industry

As a candidate for this position, you should have excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers over the phone. You should be confident, energetic, and assertive in your conversations, and possess a good working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Hands-on experience with GDS systems like Amadeus or Galileo will be an added advantage. Additionally, you should be able to handle complex situations and be willing to work in shifts in a 24x7 operation. Prior experience in customer service or reservations in industries such as Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, OTA, or BPO would be beneficial. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in any stream, Hotel Management, Aviation Diploma Holders, etc. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers. The work location is in person at Gurgaon. ,
