We are looking candidates for Recruitment Trainee / Researcher Trainee - Industry Mapping - Non IT sector . 1) MBA HR - Freshers for Recruitment Trainee role / Researcher Role with Good Communication skills 2) Should have knowledge of PPT Presentations , MS Excel , Good typing speed Job Description : Participate in candidate sourcing efforts Assist teams in screening resumes Conduct initial phone screens Schedule calls and interviews Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates Communicate with candidates promptly Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles Participate in recruiting events Requirements and skills Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle Tech-savvy Excellent communication skills PPT Presentation / MS Excel Problem-solving aptitude Critical-thinking skills
