Role & responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via portals, social media, and referrals. Coordinate with hiring managers and conduct interviews. Connect with colleges for campus hiring and organize recruitment drives. Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. Ensure smooth onboarding and a positive candidate experience. Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices. Preferred candidate profile Freshers with a degree in B.E., B.Tech., MBA, MCA or M.Sc. Telugu language proficiency is mandatory . Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and campus hiring . Good communication and interpersonal skills . Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Comfortable connecting with colleges and organizing campus drives . Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus.
