Fresher Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales/leads or providing customer service. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to get our services and for resolving customer queries over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain records of calls and sales, and update necessary details.
• Follow up on leads and maintain good customer relationships.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
• Resilience and a positive attitude—especially when handling rejection.
