Fresher Tele Caller Female/Customer Care (Good Communications Skills)

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead Generators and Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Generate quality leads through outbound calls and market research.
• Present products/services to potential clients with a focus on converting leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecalling or sales (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
