Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through the sale of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), repair jobs, and modernization packages for multi-brand elevators and escalators. This role requires strong market understanding, client relationship management, and a thorough knowledge of elevator/escalator services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Identify and approach potential clients including residential societies, commercial complexes, malls, hospitals, hotels, and industrial buildings.

Promote and sell maintenance contracts (comprehensive/non-comprehensive), modernization, and breakdown services.

Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Client Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with facility managers, building owners, and developers.

Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Maintain CRM records of calls, visits, proposals, and contracts.

Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to the management team.

Technical Coordination

Coordinate with the service and technical teams for site surveys and job executions.

Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled within timelines.Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field.

* 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in elevator/escalator services.

* Strong knowledge of multi-brand elevator technologies (Mitsubishi, OTIS, KONE, Schindler, ThyssenKrupp, etc.).

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
