1. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (DUAL ROLE)

A. MACHINE OPERATOR TISSUE MANUFACTURING

1. Operate Tissue Converting Machines

• Facial tissue machine
  
• Napkin machine
  
• Kitchen towel/ toilet roll rewinding machine
  
• Packing & bundling machine
  

2. Basic Machine Setup

• Loading jumbo rolls
  
• Adjusting tension, size, parameters
  
• Ensuring correct embossing & cutting settings
  

3. Production Monitoring

• Ensure smooth production without interruption
  
• Check paper alignment, cutting accuracy, and packing quality
  
• Monitor machine speed and output quantity
  

4. Quality Checks

• Check softness, GSM, size accuracy, folding quality
  
• Reject damaged pieces and maintain quality standards
  

5. Maintenance Support

• Cleaning of machine after every shift
  
• Lubrication as instructed
  
• Reporting breakdowns to maintenance team immediately
  

6. Production Documentation

• Daily production log entry
  
• Material consumption record
  
• Reporting wastage and downtime
  

B. SALES ASSISTANT (FRESHER) – SCHOPP TISSUES

1. Lead Generation

• Visit retail shops, hotels, restaurants, offices, supermarkets
  
• Collect contact details of potential customers
  
• Identify wholesale distributors and dealers
  

2. Product Presentation

• Explain product features, pricing, offers
  
• Provide samples (tissue box, napkin pack, kitchen roll)
  

3. Order Booking

• Take daily orders from retailers and dealers
  
• Enter orders in mobile app/WhatsApp to admin
  

4. Customer Follow-up

• Check stock availability with customers
  
• Inform dispatch team for delivery
  
• Track payments from credit customers
  

5. Market Study

• Monitor competitor brands & prices
  
• Report market demand trends
  
• Suggest new retail areas to expand
  

6. Sales Reporting

• Daily visit report
  
• New customer list
  
• Sales target tracking
  

2. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting loading/unloading of finished goods when required
  
• Helping in packing area during peak load
  
• Inventory counting support
  
• Maintaining cleanliness of production area
  
• Coordinating with logistics for deliveries
