Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Electrical at KOTHARI FERMENTATION AND BIOCHEM LTD. - India, located in Sikandarabad. The Assistant Manager Electrical will be responsible for electrical maintenance, electricity management, electrical engineering, electrical design, and power distribution tasks. They will oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Essential Duties : Preventive and Routine Maintenance of Plant's Electrical Assets like LT Motors, switch and control gears LT & HT panels (MCC-PCC-APFC), DG sets, Transformers, LT & HT breakers, starters, AC drives, soft starters etc. To work with HT and LT voltage levels Knowledge of DG Operation and power changeover Design & Selection capabilities for new projects (including Cable sizing/routing/Laying) Energy management/Cost control Knowledge of commissioning of the aforesaid (Point-1) items Knowledge regarding state electricity board norms and liaisoning Team handling for efficient and trouble-free operations Proactive approach with good communication skills & Analytical ability Knowledge of FLAMEPROOF electrical equipments General awareness about electrical safety and PPE Understanding of the principles and application of ISO and OHSAS ERP/SAP module awareness Enthusiastic, Flexible & competent to adopt changes Qualifications Electrical Maintenance, Electricity, and Electrical Engineering skills Experience in electrical design and power distribution Knowledge of safety regulations and electrical codes Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Experience in renowned distilleries/fermentation/yeast manufacturing/core electrical plant and utility maintenance Proficient in English language (read/write/speak) is highly desirable
Post Name : Assistant Manager/Executive Maintenance (Mechanical) Role Description Report to mechanical maintenance head for day to day activities Support and supervise the mechanical maintenance activities in the unit Candidate should be involve in regular preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance Adherence to safety standards in the areas of plant maintenance, Utility & Boiler Communication, Interpersonal, team Management, Schedule Adherence. Motivating the team members for excellent execution of their work Coordination with production, quality and others departments for supervision of maintenance activities on main plant and utility equipments Maintaining Daily LOG book for work carried out through technician recording of daily breakdown and corrective action. Working knowledge on office automation tools. Preparation and presentation of ISO documents, history Cards etc... Analytical Skill to anticipate, understand and resolve issues of breakdowns, process Improvements, equipment reliability improvements. Experience in fermentation industries/various food industries Material management, issue Slip, gate pass and others necessary Document for material and services Working knowledge of Auto CAD / relevant softwares is highly desirable Supporting project execution for enquiry preparation, detailed engineering, BOQ. Checking and verifying jobs executed by contractor/ service engineer. Prior maintenance experience on various equipments like Pumps, Evaporators, Dryers, Conveyors, Blenders, Agitators, Extruders, Gearboxes, Blowers, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, Centrifugal Separators, Decanters, Filtration Units, Bagging & Packing Machines, Boilers etc. Performs others duties as assigned Qualifications & Preferences B.
