An end-to-end value-added services partner for extended. Job Overview: We are looking for a Charge Posting Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or recent graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in US healthcare revenue cycle management. As a Charge Posting Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that charges for medical services are accurately posted to patient accounts, helping to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement from insurance payers.

Key Responsibilities:

Charge Posting & Data Entry: Accurately enter charge data into healthcare management systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms) based on medical records, ensuring services are correctly associated with corresponding billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS).

Verification & Reconciliation: Review patient records and verify charge entries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with payer requirements, ensuring that all information is correct before posting.

Collaboration with Billing & Coding Teams: Work closely with billing and coding teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure charges are properly documented and supported by relevant codes and medical information.

Timely Processing: Ensure that charge entries are posted promptly to prevent delays in the revenue cycle. Help ensure timely billing and collections.

Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and policies, including HIPAA and payer-specific requirements, to ensure patient data privacy and accuracy.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all charge postings and assist with audits and quality reviews as required by the department.

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Qualification: A recent graduate with a degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Billing & Coding, Business Administration, or a related field. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to review complex data carefully.

Basic Understanding of Healthcare Terminology: Familiarity with healthcare terms and coding systems (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) is a plus, but not mandatory. We’ll train you!

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with healthcare software (e.g., Epic, Cerner) is helpful but not required.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and other departments.

Adaptability: A willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new processes, technologies, and healthcare industry standards.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
