Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control and Assurance:Oversee and ensure that the manufacturing process adheres to quality standards.

○ Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products (ropes, tiles) for compliance with quality standards.

2. Product Testing and Inspection: Perform testing on ropes, and other products for durability, strength, and safety.

3. Team Management:Supervise the quality control team and ensure they follow procedures.

4. Root Cause Analysis:Identify the root causes of defects or quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

5. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and detailed quality control records and documentation.

6. Compliance and Standards:Ensure all products comply with the company’s internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

7. Continuous Improvement:Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

8. Customer Feedback Management:Handle customer complaints related to product quality and initiate corrective actions as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
