Job Role: Senior Resident/Attending Consultant/Associate Consultant (ICU/OT/Cardiac)

Experience:

Education: MBBS+ MD/DNB-Anesthesia

Location: Panchkula

CTC: Fresher :1.5 Lakhs Per Month and 1-3 Years (Can consider who are currently getting 2.5 Lakhs Per Month Expecting reasonable hike.

• 2 openings- Cardiac (Fresher/ Experience-1 to 2yrs), ctc-20 to 30lpa
• 2 openings- Operation Theater (OT) (OT Experience-min. 1yr), ctc-20lpa
• 2 openings- ICU (Critical Care-ctc-20 to 30 lpa)

An anesthesiologist isa medical doctor specializing in the administration of anesthesia and pain management before, during, and after surgical and medical procedures.Their responsibilities include assessing patients, developing anesthesia plans, monitoring vital signs, and managing complications.They work with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment:

Evaluating patients' medical history, physical condition, and suitability for anesthesia before procedures.

• Anesthesia Planning:

Developing and implementing appropriate anesthesia plans tailored to individual patient needs and surgical procedures.

• Anesthesia Administration:

Administering various types of anesthesia, including general, regional, and local anesthesia, and ensuring proper dosages.

• Monitoring Vital Signs:

Closely monitoring patients' vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, etc.) during procedures and adjusting anesthesia levels as needed.

• Emergency Management:

Responding to and managing any complications or emergencies that may arise during anesthesia administration.

• Pain Management:

Providing post-operative pain management and ensuring patients' safe recovery from anesthesia.

• Collaboration:

Working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.

• Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of anesthesia administered, patient condition, and other relevant information.

• Continuing Education:

Staying updated on the latest advancements in anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment through continuous education and professional development.

• Specialized Areas:

Some anesthesiologists specialize in areas such as cardiac anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, or pain management.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of residency training in anesthesiology.
• Valid medical license.
• Board certification in anesthesiology (or eligibility for board certification).
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
