Fresher Academic Counsellor

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Academic Counsellors. The role involves guiding students about various courses, assisting them in choosing the right academic path, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures

Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries

Follow up with leads and maintain student databases

Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams

Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in interacting with students and parents

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualification:

Plus two/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Salary:

As per industry standards (with incentives)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
