The role involves performing day-to-day laboratory tasks, conducting chemical experiments, analyzing substances, and ensuring data accuracy. Responsibilities also include supporting research and development activities, documenting findings, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Chemistry knowledge Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Laboratory Skills, including use and maintenance of lab equipment Experience in Research and Development (R&D) Attention to detail and accuracy in data management Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
