French Language Instructor

The British English Academy is an online education institution dedicated to providing premier language instruction to students around the globe. We are currently expanding our French language department and seek a professional instructor to join our team.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced French Language Instructor to deliver high-quality, structured French lessons to our international students. This is a fully remote position operating on a night-shift schedule, as the majority of our students are based in North American time zones (PST/EST).

The ideal candidate is a fluent French speaker with a passion for teaching and the ability to engage students in a virtual classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured online French lessons for individuals and small groups via video conferencing.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the British English Academy curriculum.
• Assess student progress, provide regular feedback, and grade assignments.
• Maintain a professional and engaging virtual classroom environment.
• Manage class scheduling and maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Adhere to a fixed night-shift schedule to accommodate our international students.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Complete fluency in French (native or C1/C2 level) is required.
• High proficiency in English for administrative and team communication.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience teaching French, preferably in an online setting.
• Bachelor's degree in French, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (Preferred).
• Experience with online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and digital learning tools.
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Technical Requirements (for Remote Work):

• A quiet, professional, and distraction-free home office environment.
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection (wired connection preferred).
• A modern computer or laptop with a high-quality webcam and microphone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
