FREIGHT FORWARDING SALES MANAGER

As an ideal candidate for the position, you will be responsible for implementing the corporate philosophy for business development as directed by the Management. Your role will involve developing Business Growth projections for the branch, building corporate image, and identifying high-profitable markets/customers while devising strategies for penetration. It is crucial to continuously benchmark Capricorn Group services with competitors to ensure they are among the best in the market. You should possess a strong sense of identity and results, being sensitive to the environment, market, and customers. Your qualifications should include knowledge of all segments of the Logistics Industry such as Freight & Clearance (Imports/Export), Transportation, Supply Chain Management, trade & Industry. Additionally, hands-on experience in sales exposure is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate/joint visits with Credit control team and clients to address outstanding issues and settle them promptly. - Adhere to the benchmarks on rates set by superiors/Management during all business dealings. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in International Freight Sales is required. - Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales is required.
